Every tenancy gets a check-in report with a hash beside each photograph. We do not put a pound figure on disputes avoided. That depends on your tenancies, not on us.

How we calculate this

Everything here is a number you set, except two: a PropX inspection takes about 18 minutes in our own timings, and a manual one about 90. Yours will differ.
The starting fee is ours to get you going, not a market rate we are claiming. Put your own invoice in.
If you pay a clerk today, the saving is the fee less the time a PropX report still takes somebody: the walk-through does not disappear, the fee does.
If you do them yourselves today, the saving is the hours, about 72 minutes a report, at the rate you set.
No figure is given for deposit disputes. A check-in report with dated, hashed photographs is what an adjudicator asks for; what that is worth depends on your tenancies.
