Accounting
Xero
Rolling outA draft invoice to the landlord when an inspection is submitted or signed off, at the fee you set for each inspection type. Nothing is sent until you approve it in Xero.
QuickBooks
Rolling outThe same, as an unsent invoice in QuickBooks Online, against your own item and VAT code.
Reports
Google Drive
Rolling outEvery report filed in your Drive, a folder per property, and again when it is signed. PropX can only see the files it creates.
Dropbox
Rolling outThe same, in your Dropbox, inside a folder of PropX's own (Apps › PropX). PropX cannot see anything else in your Dropbox.
The file is the sealed copy: every photograph inside it with a fingerprint of each, so it opens years later without PropX and shows it has not been altered.
Diary and notices
Calendar feed
LiveEach clerk's booked visits in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, with the address and the access window.
Slack
Rolling outA message in your channel when a tenant asks to move a visit, a visit is cancelled, nobody has confirmed, a report is ready or a certificate is running out.
Everything else
Zapier
Invite onlyInstant triggers for visits, reports, new properties and certificates; actions to add a property and book a visit. Connect PropX to the rest of your tools without a developer.
API and webhooks
LivePush properties and bookings in from your own systems, and receive signed events the moment something happens. Keys belong to the agency, not to a person.

Street
PlannedProperties and appointments in, reports back against the tenancy.
Fixflo
PlannedRepair issues raised from the actions in a report.

What each label means. Live works today for every agency. Rolling out is built and being switched on agency by agency; ask and we will turn it on for you. Planned is not built yet, and we will not say it is until it is.
